Why do I get an error message that tells me my session has expired, and to logon again?
Our program has installed a twenty-minute timer to minimize the likelihood of someone else gaining access to your information after you have stepped away from your computer. If our database hasn't been accessed within twenty minutes, it will log you out of our system. Once the program times out for, your protection, you must login again.
To prevent the system from timing out you must perform some action that keeps the database active. You just need to click either the Previous or Continue button, select a different category tab, or select a different sub-tab below the category tabs.
