When returning to your site to print my return, why do I receive an error that says "Internet Explorer can not download..."?

The option "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" has been enabled.

To change this option in Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and select Internet Options. In the Internet Options menu, click on the Advanced tab and locate the option in the Security section. Ensure that the box next to "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" does not contain a check mark, and click OK to save your changes.
