Complete Tax

You must file a New Mexico return if you meet any of the following conditions:

1. You have to file a federal return.
   
   
2. You want to claim a refund of any New Mexico state income tax withheld from your pay.
   
   
3. You want to claim any of the New Mexico rebates or credits.
