When using my home for business, what is the difference between direct and indirect expenses?
Direct expenses are those that relate entirely to the business and not to the home. These expenses will be fully deducted. Indirect expenses are those that apply to the house and the home office. Our program will allocate your expenses based on the ratio calculated from the square footage of your home office to the square footage of your home. |
